General Specifications
An insert and lathe-tool grinder with an HD magnifying camera that works as an on-line optical projector: it measures tool length, angles and any nose radius from R0.05 to R2.5 while grinding, with high clarity and no distortion. The structure is light yet rigid for stable grinding.
- Grinds PCD, PCBN and other superhard inserts; non-standard radius scales can be made to order.
- A dedicated accessory grinds full-radius (SR) ball tools.
