B-Stage Sheet

B-Stage sheets are partially cured thermosetting resin materials that can be further processed and molded. These sheets provide excellent bonding properties and electrical insulation.

It has a long storage life, cures at low temperature in a short time, and offers good electrical properties, heat resistance and bonding. It is used on low-tensile copper or aluminum foil rolls for transformer winding, as slot insulation in all kinds of electrical products, and as a semi-finished material for laminates.
